- Photos over DM or email are not acceptable.
- We do not refund the cost for items deemed "Unidentifiable"
- For "Verified" items, we will email you a copy of the Certificate.

How does Entrupy work?
Entrupy Authentication uses a combination of artificial intelligence and microscopy to objectively assess the authenticity of an item. When the item is scanned using their proprietary device and app, a set of microscopic images are collected, then our machine learning algorithms compare them against a database containing millions of records from known authentic and known counterfeit products.
Based on the results of this comparison, the AI will either verify the item’s authenticity or return an “unverified” result.
Each scan from an Entrupy device becomes part of the database, further training the algorithms and making our solution smarter and more accurate.
