• Appointments for Buyouts can be made over the phone, in-store or on our website. During a buyout appointment, your items will be reviewed and an offer of 25% of the selling price will be made on items we are currently accepting. 
• If you agree to the payout amount, your payout will be made via ACH or Electronic Check only.
• A $2.00 surcharge applies for all payouts.

• Buy Outs that are dropped off without an appointment will be reviewed by store associates. 
• Any items deemed eligible for buyout will be added to your account and paid out without further review or consultation. 
• All remaining items not eligible for Buyout Right will become property of Queens Exchange and automatically donated.
