Galentine's Glow Up Workshop @ Queens Exchange with Ryanna Hammond
Hi friends of Queens Exchange!
My name is Ryanna Hammond and I am leading an event at Queens Exchange Consignment Boutique to celebrate Galentine’s Day on February 10, 2024. I really hope you will attend this event, and I think it is essential that I share a bit more about myself and my business with you!
I am a poet, novelist, author, and business owner. I have a bachelor's degree in psychology and will soon graduate with a master's degree in creative writing. I am the intersection of creative writing, spirituality, teaching, and nature, and have combined all of these interests into my business, All With Heart. My aim is to help people become their own best friends, harness self-love and self-respect, and advance their mindsets and internal states of being.
How exactly? Well, let me tell you my personal story. Growing up, I disconnected from my authentic self and became someone I didn't recognize. I was my own worst enemy. I was so mean to myself, and I believed that I was unworthy and unlovable. This led to many ailments from anxiety and depression to anorexia, bulimia, and binge eating. A few times during high school I even contemplated ending my own life. For years I self-medicated the same way many do: numbing through ignoring issues, drinking on the weekends, watching excessive TV, or diving head first into new romantic relationships. In late 2019, at age twenty-two, I had an epiphany: I was the sole owner of my life. I was ultimately choosing (1) what I thought about and (2) how I was living. If I wanted different, I could make that choice at any moment. I decided that I wanted better for myself. I began journaling, meditating, and breaking away from my old lifestyle. I sought therapy, and eventually had a spiritual awakening (and then another, and another, and another). During those years of struggle, I always wondered "Why me? What is all this for?" I now have the answer to those questions: I was meant to experience all of that and to rise above it to help other people with mental health, mindset shifts, and self-love.
I aim to live my life "all with heart." In other words, I want to be vulnerable, help the human species expand, share my passions, learn from others, be a student of life, and, ultimately, live a wild and free life with my heart wide open. I hope that All With Heart will help inspire others to do the same. The "Heart" in "All With Heart" is an acronym that stands for "Helping through Education and Art." I help people through my books, workshops, and 1:1 services. Each of my products is centered around either education or art, the two things at the heart (no pun intended!) of my business. Books = Art. Workshops = Art and education. 1:1 Services = Education.
Our Galentine’s Day Event is all about glowing up, and the best way to glow up is internally. It is a combination of a sip and shop event and a guided journaling workshop led by me that will help women tap into their best, most aligned and confident selves. Whether you are single, taken, or maybe it’s complicated, this will be a soul-awakening workshop for any woman. It is a great Valentine’s Day gift to give yourself and you should invite a friend to come along too!
